Delivery Options

There are currently 4 options for delivery.

These are:

Collection from the McCullagh & Bothwell Hyde Park Corner Branch, Redhill Summit reception- 20 Summit Rd, Redhill – 96 West Rd North reception or collection from the McCullagh & Bothwell Fourways Crossing Branch.

Where the selected collection location is the McCullagh & Bothwell Hyde Park Branch, these will ordinarily be available within 1 – 2 working days from order placement.

Where collection is from the the Redhill, these will typically be available after orders are delivered weekly every Thursday. 

Where collection is from the McCullagh & Bothwell Fourways Crossing Branch, these will typically be available within 3 – 4 working days from order placement. 

In any event, and irrespective of the collection location, you will receive a notification indicating when your order is ready for collection.

If you are unable to collect from one of the three locations above, please send us an email, and we can arrange to courier items to you. Additional charges may apply.

What happens if an order can’t be fulfilled?

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order in full (normally because of stock outs), someone from McCullagh & Bothwell will be in contact, so that a decision on how best to proceed can be jointly made. This process will then take place ‘offline’
